It is our desire to provide a secure environment where a woman can feel safe to be transparent while working through any difficulties she might be facing. Many times, as women, we have received judgement and criticism which has compelled us to either look like we have it all together, or run the other direction. The Christian body was never meant to operate in this manner. Satan has strategically influenced a spirit of pretense in the Christian community causing many to withdraw in secrecy and isolation. Facing difficulties alone for fear of shame is the devil's plan to keep us immobilized. TSM wants to bring women in contact with support, encouragement and resources that will bring health and healing to broken areas of their lives. We believe this to be a part of the on-going work of the gospel in the life of a soul.
Rooted deep within the gospel message is the declaration that a comforting, wise, and powerful support system is an available and on-going reality! TSM's ultimate goal is to bring women in contact with this transforming truth that will not only change their lives but will surround them with the support and loving direction they have always longed for.
It is our joy to proclaim that the Gospel of Jesus Christ includes the responsibility to raise and nurture a person from the point of spiritual birth to full maturity. In Matthew 28:19-20, when Jesus commissions His followers to "make disciples... teaching them to observe all things that Christ commanded," He is talking about both soul and spiritual development. The word “teach” means to impart instruction and care on an ongoing basis. The gospel applied, therefore, is not a one time event that becomes only a calendar date that we remember. The true gospel is a perpetual, loving support system that breathes life and renewal into our souls for the rest of our lives.
God's divine and multifaceted care can be felt by all who seek Him with a whole heart. God, who is the perfect Father, is compared in Scripture with that of a tender mother (Isaiah 66:13). And Jesus, who is called the “Wonderful Counselor,” is brother, friend, and matchless adviser. If we have ever lacked for family, friend, or support system in any sense, we can find it complete in Christ.
This ministry has been prayerfully created with this goal in mind. It is for all who long to find themselves under the caring, wise, and tender direction of a loving support system that never falters. Through the Savior, by virtue of His own blood, we have access to such unparalleled instruction and guidance. He has always had all our spiritual care, nurture, and development in mind.
